Our construction and design team focuses on commercial and HOA properties throughout South Central, PA, & Northern Maryland.
Responsibilities:
Assist skilled laborers in overall daily tasks
Assist in utility trenching and installation
Assist in general framing
Assist in cabinet installation
Assist in general trim carpentry
General solid surface flooring skills to include hardwood and tile (very limited)
Keep track of company tools and maintain job-site trailer
Dispose of all trash at the end of the day in the dumpster.
Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
Equipment Operators are responsible for the safe operation of various types of heavy equipment machinery used for excavation.
May operate excavators, dozers, and other heavy equipment as needed with attachments such as a hydraulic hammer, grapple, shear, pulverizer, or bucket and thumb.
Will clean and check equipment prior and after operation.
May assist laborer and other workers on site as needed.
Requirements:
Have a valid driver's license
Have their own hand tools
Have an outstanding work ethic with the willingness to learn
Have a strong desire to learn a wide range of construction skills
Have a desire to continually improve personally and professionally
